Grace Magyar is a mixed media artist. Her work explores the poetics of the body and its experience with place and time. Her creative process involves an interplay between words and images. She focuses on themes related to place, memory, absence, and presence. Originally from Ohio, and is currently residing in Pittsburgh, P.A. She is a graduate student at Chatham University working towards her master’s in teaching art.
